it’s crazy how many times I have to explain that there are cities in Africa that look identical to the ones here in Ontario. Nairobi was just another Toronto - but with worse driving.
when i say I went to the Serit center mall in nairobi, I always get “they have malls?”
it’s annoying how ignorant people are towards Africa, but I understand why. This part is never shown. It’s always the oprhans with the bloated bellies and the flies in their eyes. Never the bustling city life. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing.
